I purchased my first domain in 1999 based upon my underlying story in life, High Anxiety. It’s basically what keeps my motor running, while preventing life from getting boring. This is now my home on the Internet.

Life

My name is Tyler Champley. I’m the product of a hippie and Air Force officer. Born in Mesa, Arizona, I’ve also lived in Texas, Georgia, Washington, Utah, and Washington again. I have a younger brother and two sisters.

I occupy myself with fly fishing, photography, hiking, music, and cooking. I’m an avid ice hockey fan and longtime season ticket holder of the Seattle Thunderbirds.

Family

I live in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Issaquah, Washington with my wife and three kids.

Career

My first job was bagging ice and sweeping floors of a local marina when I was 14. I was taught at an early age to earn everything on my own, and this has stuck with me for life.

The early part of my career was in the music industry, working in concert promotions, radio, and for record labels. During this time I taught myself web programming, which led to future jobs.

The entrepreneur in me then surfaced. I co-founded a company call NowOnTour that was at one time the second largest concert listing site in the world. I also helped a friend establish a very successful concert promotion company. Finally, I founded, owned and ran a prosperous resort property management company that catered to a long list of celebrities.

In more recent years, I’ve returned to the corporate world, albeit at start-up companies where I have found success in online marketing.
